Keith Wysocki, based in Nebraska, is a Manager for the Strategy Consulting division at VMG Health. Keith advises healthcare organizations on governance structure, efficiency, and effectiveness, working with entities ranging from critical access hospitals to some of the nation’s largest health systems. His expertise includes streamlining board structures, developing board competency surveys, facilitating board member selection processes, advising on committee structures, and providing board education to meet regulatory requirements. 

With nearly 15 years of experience, Keith has served as an independent consultant and strategic advisor at The Governance Institute, guiding hospital boards on governance efficiency, organizational alignment, and addressing emerging challenges. He has conducted governance assessments, facilitated retreats, and moderated conferences for hospitals, medical specialty boards, and nonprofits, impacting audiences of up to 500 executives, directors, and clinicians. 

Keith has presented at prominent industry conferences such as ACHE Congress and the Western Regional Trustee Symposium. His insights have been featured in Management in Healthcare and various publications by The Governance Institute.
