Lauren Duke, based in Fort Worth, TX, is a Senior Consultant at VMG Health. With more than two decades of executive experience in healthcare administration, Lauren continues to raise the bar for the best-in-class patient experience. Her favorite projects include creating custom action plans for measurable team development and scaling specialists for expansion.

Before joining VMG Health, Lauren founded PerfectMed Consulting, where she worked with leading practices in aesthetic medicine, and developed a custom accreditation program for office-based elective proceduralists in plastic surgery, dermatology, and ophthalmology. Prior to PerfectMed Consulting, she was the business director at Fort Worth Plastic Surgery & MedSpa for 12 years, led administration for high-acuity hospital units, and practice manager for a primary care practice, where her passion for patient care began.

Lauren is a certified trainer through the American Society of Training & Development and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UT Arlington.
