Sheyla Lindemann, based in Florida, serves as the Senior Manager of Discovery & Data Management for the Cybersecurity, Risk & AI division at VMG Health. Sheyla specializes in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive eDiscovery programs, creating tailored eDiscovery strategies and workflows, and leading cross-functional teams for efficient project and program execution. She supports clients by helping solve complex data challenges through solution design, defensible and repeatable processes, and training. Her expertise includes managed services, eDiscovery program analysis, strategic planning, program management, and litigation support.

With over 12 years of experience in the legal space, Sheyla has successfully consulted along the EDRM model with Fortune 500 companies and Global/AMLaw 100 firms, spanning different areas such as healthcare, banking, technology, energy, aerospace and defense. She has experience with a wide variety of matters such as complex litigation, internal investigations, second requests, mergers & acquisitions, labor & employment, intellectual property, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Data Subjects Access Requests, Civil Investigative Demands and agency investigations and requests, among others. Prior to joining VMG Health, Sheyla held senior roles at top-tier organizations, including BDO USA and Consilio.

Sheyla earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Economics from Florida International University. She earned her Juris Doctor with Honors from The George Washington University Law School and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Sheyla is an active member of the Miami board of Women in eDiscovery, a global non-profit supporting women in legal technology. She is also fluent in Spanish.
