Tyler Margaretten is a Manager in the Valuation and Transaction Advisory Services division at VMG Health and is based in the Dallas, Texas office. He specializes in providing valuation, transaction advisory, and consulting services to businesses within the healthcare services industry. Tyler has worked with a wide variety of healthcare sub-industries, including acute care and rehabilitation hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, large physician networks, urgent care, dialysis, radiation therapy, and more. His work experience includes relative value indications for purposes of joint venture, valuations for majority acquisition, valuations for minority buy-in/out, valuation of intangible assets such as non-compete amendments, and various consulting engagements such as demand studies for rehabilitation beds in a market.
Tyler graduated magna cum laude from the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management. Tyler received his Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) designation in August 2021 after successfully passing all three CFA exams on his first attempts. The CFA is a globally-recognized professional designation offered by the CFA Institute (“CFAI”) that measures and certifies the competence and integrity of financial analysts.
