We are excited to add a M365/Azure Support Specialist to our Internal IT Team supporting our six US offices. We are growing and modernizing our IT environment at the same time. As such, this position will provide the right candidate the opportunity to advance quickly and have an immediate and large impact on our IT services and systems in a friendly environment.

What You’ll Do


  • Diagnose, research, and resolve end-user needs, and make improvement suggestions
  • Support office network, ISP, and Wi-Fi environments
  • Provide tier 1-2 support and train end-users
  • Work directly with VMG team members remotely and on-site in the Dallas office
  • Support employee on-boarding, set up new laptops and mobile devices
  • Document metric user data, processes, and procedures

Systems & Strategy:

  • Support onsite conference rooms and security systems
  • Support internal IT modernization and ‘Zero Trust’ projects
  • Manage Active Directory Administration
  • Provide input on security, integration, and IT support strategies
  • Develop and explain policies and procedures to end-users

Vendors & Equipment:

  • Purchase IT hardware and software
  • Interact directly with hardware and software vendors
  • Track hardware and software inventory, security, access control, provisioning, and licensing

What You’ll Need – (Education / Experience / Certifications)

  • Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience: Moderate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments, and experience supporting M365 and Azure in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency: Microsoft Suite, Office365 (operational and administrative), Intune, and Autopilot
  • Systems: Exposure to Active Directory, networking tools, and IDF closet environments
