Transaction Advisory Services Manager Position

The Dallas office of VMG Health is currently seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager with 4+ years of business valuation experience (experience in healthcare valuation preferred).

  • Use financial, modeling, and industry expertise to scope engagements and create business solutions for the firm’s clients
  • Act as the client point of contact; manage communications both internally and externally
  • Contribute to the team’s successful completion of projects by ensuring highest quality work product and on-time completion

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited college/university required
  • CFA, CPA, ASA, CVA, or other advanced credential preferred
  • 4+ years of business valuation experience (experience in healthcare valuation preferred)
  • Experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and ability to generate data-driven insights
  • Expertise in business processes and project management; ability to manage risks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious individual with a strong desire to contribute to our Business Valuation service line and a strong track record of developing creative approaches and the solutions necessary to resolve complex problems with great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel as needed
