Chastidy has operated in various capacities throughout her 20 years in healthcare. Her experience includes practice start-ups, multi-specialty practice management, revenue optimization, EMR implementation, human resource management, leadership coaching, employee training, client relations, project management, business development, and public speaking.

Before healthcare consulting, Chastidy served as a business manager for over 100 multi-specialty providers in 16 locations throughout the Metropolitan area, managing over $50M in revenue, and implementing best practice front end and back- end processes to increase revenue.

Today, Chastidy functions as an Operational Excellence Consultant and a business leader, ensuring VMG Health clients receive a quality experience. In addition to her accomplishments as a leader in healthcare, Chastidy has written and published her study on employee motivation in the nonprofit healthcare industry.
