Meredith Inniger, MHA, FACHE—based in Philadelphia—is a Principal in the Strategy Consulting division at VMG Health. Meredith brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare consulting and operations to her role at VMG Health, where she develops focused and actionable strategies for clients. She advises a wide range of healthcare organizations, including academic medical centers, community health systems, and independent hospitals. Her expertise spans strategic planning, mergers and affiliations, physician-hospital alignment models, governance strategies, and the feasibility and development of clinically integrated networks (CINs).
Before joining VMG Health, Meredith served as a Principal at Veralon. She gained valuable operations and strategy experience at OhioHealth, where she managed a system-wide imaging services team and facilitated the integration of multiple urgent care facilities. She also held operational roles at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, further honing her expertise in healthcare strategy and operations.
Meredith is a faculty member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), co-teaching the course “Advanced Strategic Planning to Transform Your Organization,” and she serves on the board of ACHE’s Philadelphia chapter. A recipient of ACHE’s Early Career Healthcare Executive Award in 2017, she frequently publishes on healthcare topics, including a recent cover story for HFM Magazine. Meredith earned both her Master of Health Administration (MHA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) with honors from The Ohio State University.
