Adrian Machin, based in Tampa, Florida, is a Director at VMG Health within the Compensation Valuation Practice. Adrian has extensive experience performing physician compensation fair market valuations, physician practice valuations, and hospital valuations.

In his prior role at Carnahan Group, Adrian played a key role in the launch of FMV-MD® and was instrumental in supporting client adoption and employee success throughout the platform’s growth and implementation phases. Prior to joining Carnahan Group, Adrian worked for a brokerage firm, where he developed extensive experience in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and accounting.

Adrian earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Adrian is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). He is also a member of the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals (AAPCP).
