Adrian Machin is a Director at VMG Health within the Compensation Valuation Consulting Practice. Adrian has extensive experience performing physician compensation fair market valuations, physician practice valuations, and hospital valuations.

In his prior role at Carnahan Group, Adrian was heavily involved in the launching stages of FMV-MD™ and was integral in ensuring client and employee satisfaction during the ramp-up phase. His previous employment with a brokerage firm provided him with extensive quantitative analysis experience in finance and accounting.

Adrian graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and is currently attending the University of South Florida Muma College of Business to attain his Master in Business Administration. Adrian is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). Adrian is also a member of the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals (AAPCP).
