Betsy Gratner is a Manager of Operations in the Recruitment Services division and is based in Indiana. She specializes in supporting recruitment and leadership development services, with a strong background in project management, quality control, process documentation, and customer service.

Before joining VMG Health, Betsy spent over a decade as a project manager in the leadership coaching and publishing industries. In these roles, she played a key part in launching new products and processes, and she focused on ensuring client satisfaction.

Betsy graduated summa cum laude from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Certified Eyecare Professional (CEP).
