Courtney Leonis is a Director of Operations and is based in California. She plays a pivotal role in overseeing various operational functions, including project management, team coordination, and resource development, and oversees products and services for the Ambulatory Surgery Consulting division. She is crucial in assisting with the development, planning, marketing, and coordination of the ASC Nurse Leadership Conference.

Before her tenure at VMG Health, Courtney dedicated seven years to youth ministry, where she focused on educational program management and event planning.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Mater Ecclesiae College in Greenville, R.I., which has provided her with a strong foundation for her diverse responsibilities.
