Courtney Leonis is a Director at VMG Health within the Ambulatory, Surgical Center & Specialty Consulting Practice, where she leads the Membership Programs service line. She oversees a portfolio of online membership platforms that provide clinical and business leaders in ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and ophthalmology practices with the tools, education, and resources needed to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
With a background spanning healthcare consulting, educational program development, and operational leadership, Courtney specializes in transforming industry expertise into practical learning solutions. She works closely with VMG Health consultants and subject matter experts to develop content, educational programs, and member resources that help healthcare organizations optimize performance, strengthen teams, and stay ahead of industry challenges.
In addition to leading Membership Programs, Courtney directs the planning and execution of the ASC Nurse Leadership Conference, bringing together nursing leaders from across the country to share best practices, develop leadership skills, and advance excellence in patient care.
Before joining VMG Health and Progressive Surgical Solutions prior to its acquisition, Courtney spent seven years in youth ministry, where she led educational programs and large-scale events. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mater Ecclesiae College in Greenville, Rhode Island.
