Courtney Leonis is a Director at VMG Health within the Ambulatory, Surgical Center & Specialty Consulting Practice. She plays a pivotal role in overseeing various operational functions, including project management, team coordination, and resource development while overseeing all products and services for the Ambulatory Surgery Consulting division. She developed and manages the ASC Connection (eSupport) membership for ASC managers. Courtney also leads the development, planning, marketing, coordination and facilitation of the ASC Nurse Leadership Conference.

Before her tenure at VMG Health and Progressive Surgical Solutions prior to acquisition, Courtney dedicated seven years to youth ministry, where she focused on educational program management and event planning.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Mater Ecclesiae College in Greenville, R.I., which has provided her with a strong foundation for her diverse responsibilities.
