Craig Ungaro is the Chief Financial Officer at VMG Health, where he leads global treasury, finance, tax, and accounting functions. With over 25 years of experience, he has partnered with a diverse array of organizations to achieve key financial milestones, including IPOs and strategic exits, while advancing transformative initiatives such as M&A and digital transformation. 

Craig has held leadership positions in the healthcare industry and across consulting services at IQVIA, Gartner, and Thomson Reuters. Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of SSI Strategy. Craig began his career in investment banking with J.P. Morgan and Bank of America. 

Craig holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and an undergraduate business degree from University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
