Crissy Benze is a Senior Consultant based in Denver. She has over 14 years of experience in clinical, critical care, trauma, and ambulatory surgery environments. Her expertise encompasses facility documentation development, accreditation, Medicare certification, regulatory compliance, state licensure, staff training and development, and infection control and prevention.

Before her tenure at VMG Health, Crissy gained valuable experience in both clinical inpatient and outpatient settings.

Crissy is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA) and American Society of Ophthalmic Registered Nurses (ASORN). She is a frequent presenter on ambulatory surgery topics at national meetings, including ASOA and Hawaiian Eye.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in leadership from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, she is a Registered Nurse (RN) and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
