Danielle Bangs, based in Philadelphia, is a Director for Valuation Advisory division at VMG Health. Danielle advises healthcare organizations on mergers, affiliations, joint ventures, and other transactions, including partner selection, deal structuring, and negotiation. She also provides expertise in financial and business planning, working with health systems, community hospitals, academic medical centers, behavioral health providers, health plans, and CINs/ACOs. Her areas of focus include transaction advisory, compensation design, and healthcare business valuation. 

Before joining VMG Health, Danielle was a Director at Veralon. She also served as Director of Corporate Development for Universal Health Services. In this role, she managed a broad range of transactions across diverse markets, including joint ventures, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments. These transactions encompassed ambulatory surgery centers, home health, behavioral health, hospitals, physician groups, and Medicare Advantage plans. Danielle has also contributed to policy and planning initiatives in the government and non-profit sectors and has taught both domestically and internationally. 

Danielle holds a Master of Health Administration from the Sloan Program in Health Administration at Cornell University and a BS in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University. A Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, she is recognized for her expertise in healthcare valuation and strategic planning.
