David S. Chiasson, is a Manager at VMG Health specializing in real estate within the Business Valuation Practice. With over a decade of real estate appraiser work, David specializes in healthcare rental rate and purchase price real estate valuations for FMV compliance purposes, acquisitions and dispositions, rental rate disputes, and financial reporting. His work spans multiple property types across the U.S., from small, owner-occupied condominium units to larger, higher-acuity facilities like hospitals, cancer centers, freestanding emergency departments, ASCs, and imaging centers. 

Prior to joining VMG Health, David began as an Analyst and earned the role of Manager within Healthcare Appraisers, Inc., later purchased by later Stout. At his most senior position, he maintained the real estate group’s database, onboarded and trained new team members, managed large projects while being the point of contact for clients, and reviewed the team’s work product. 

David earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Economics from the University of West Florida.
