Debra Stinchcomb is a Senior Consultant based in Arkansas. She provides ongoing support to ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs). Her expertise includes ASC facility development, operations and management, accreditation, Medicare certification, regulatory compliance, staff training and development, and due diligence.

Before joining VMG Health, Ms. Stinchcomb held various healthcare positions, including ASC Administrator, Regional Vice President, and Director of Operations. With over 36 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she has dedicated nearly half of that time specifically to working with single- and multi-specialty ASCs.

Debra is the founder of the Arkansas Ambulatory Surgery Association (AASA), chairs the Quality Committee for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA), and serves on the Board of Ambulatory Surgery Certification (BASC).

Debra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California Coast University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Arizona, Tucson. Her professional accomplishments include founding the Arkansas Ambulatory Surgery Association (AASA), chairing the Quality Committee for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA), and serving as a member of the Board of Ambulatory Surgery Certification (BASC). She is also a Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC) and a Registered Nurse (RN).
