Holly Herson is an Associate Consultant in the Coding Audit and Compliance division based in Colorado. She provides ongoing coding and reimbursement support to ensure regulatory compliance within ophthalmology. 

Prior to her tenure with VMG Health, she has held various roles ranging from technician to administrative and management positions. Most recently, she served as a policy analyst, consultant, and senior account manager at a medical technology company. 

Holly is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and holds two degrees in political science. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Colorado and is working towards a Master of Public Administration, concentrating in American Healthcare Policy, from Northeastern University in Boston, with graduation expected next year.
