Jack Negro, based in Dallas, TX, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of VMG Health. He is responsible for the development and execution of the firm’s financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence. 

Jack brings over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, and M&A. Prior to VMG Health, he worked for Marsh & McLennan, Simon Property Group, Stanley Black & Decker, and SoftBank. While serving as CFO & Treasurer of Likewize, he led the company’s divestiture from SoftBank and two subsequent private equity transactions. Over the same period, he completed over $1 billion in debt refinancings and over $500 million of acquisitions/dispositions, which facilitated the transformation of the business from a global distributor of mobile phones to specialized technology protection and insurance company. 

Jack holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and Bachelor of Science in International Management from Butler University.
