Jill brings over 15 years of global experience as a Talent Acquisition and Business Partner Executive, with a proven track record of connecting talent and innovation across diverse industries. Her talent expertise spans across Fortune 500 companies, startups, finance, technology, and SaaS sectors. Throughout her career, Jill has collaborated with renowned organizations such as Accenture and Amazon, building top-tier teams and developing strategic staffing solutions. Most recently, she worked with startups to scale their talent and enhance their global product and brand presence. 

Jill earned her Bachelor of Arts in speech communications, with a minor in marketing, from Texas A&M University.
