Joe Scott is a Managing Director at VMG Health within the Partnerships, Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. He provides financial due diligence, business valuation, and other transaction advisory and consulting services to clients within the healthcare services industry.

Joe attended the University of Florida Warrington College of Business where he earned a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is currently a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Tennessee.

Before joining VMG Health, Joe gained valuable experience at Dixon Hughes Goodman’s healthcare transaction advisory services team and at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Charlotte office as a part of their financial services assurance team.
