Jordan Nelson is the Vice President of the Transaction Services division, based in the Phoenix office. He specializes in managing ongoing transaction services and engagements, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raising, enterprise valuation, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures.

Before joining VMG Health, Jordan accumulated extensive experience in corporate healthcare settings, including a musculoskeletal practice, a national ASC owner/operator, and a start-up dental organization. He also has a background in investment banking, where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management with an emphasis in Financial Services from Brigham Young University. He is licensed with FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 and is a registered representative of Finalis Securities LLC, a member of FINRA/SIPC.
