Katrina Whitehair is a Senior Consultant and is based in Austin, TX. She plays a pivotal role in providing operational support to medical aesthetic practices, including those in plastic surgery, dermatology, and medspas. Her responsibilities include enhancing practice flow and efficiency, strategic planning, integrating new facilities, managing human resources, training staff and leadership, developing marketing strategies, recruiting and integrating new physicians, starting new practices, handling contracting and compensation, conducting market analysis, and leading overall practice development.

Before joining VMG Health, Katrina spent five years as a practice administrator at a successful plastic surgery group with an ambulatory surgery center and a medspa. She has over 18 years of experience in aesthetic medicine and eye care practice management, consulting, and business analysis.

Katrina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA), both from Bellarmine University in Kentucky.
