Kody Hackbusch is the Customer and Technical Support Manager for the Client Education division based in the Reno office. He is responsible for overseeing operations, managing systems administration, and providing technical support for various membership programs.

Prior to joining VMG Health, Kody had 15 years of experience in healthcare IT, with a strong background in medical device and software development, technical documentation, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, from CEOs to front desk receptionists. Kody also emphasized cybersecurity, business continuity, and compliance in every aspect of the role.

Kody holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Security and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, expected to be completed in 2025. Kody holds multiple certifications, including CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, Linux Professional Institute, ITIL, and HIPAA, and is actively studying for the CAPM (Project Management) certification.
