Laura Baldwin is a Senior Consultant and is based in Kentucky. She focuses on leadership development, coaching, and support within the practice setting. Her responsibilities include providing leadership development and training, executive and leadership coaching, facilitating Insights® Discovery training, leading Leadership Summit sessions, and supporting leadership/provider recruitment services.

Before joining VMG Health, Laura accumulated over 25 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on strategic planning, operational improvements, executive and leadership coaching, and teaching and training. Her passion lies in helping clients achieve their professional and personal goals by enhancing individual performance to positively impact both the client and their organization.

Laura has facilitated customized training and coaching sessions for hundreds of executive and physician leaders within organizations across the country. She is an established speaker at industry and society meetings and virtually via webinar and a frequent author of various blogs and articles on leadership development.

Laura holds certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Insights® Discovery Licensed Practitioner, and is a Registered Nurse (RN). She earned her Bachelor of Applied Science from Northern Arizona University and her Registered Nursing Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
