Nick’s experience includes creating and developing the revenue consulting and analytics service line for VMG Health, specifically to assist clients with internal decision support and payer negotiations in the context of transactions, joint ventures and other arrangements. Nick’s experience spans numerous sub-industries including acute care and specialty hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers, physician practices, oncology centers, skilled nursing facilities, and urgent care centers. Clients include for-profit and not-for-profit health systems, ancillary services providers, development companies across several healthcare industry sub-specialties, and other publicly owned and privately held healthcare entities.​

Prior to VMG Health, Nick was a senior analyst at Hill Schwartz Spilker Keller, LLC in the Business Valuation and Litigation Consulting groups where he performed valuation, transaction advisory, and litigation consulting services to the firm’s corporate and private clients. Nick received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
