Regina Boore is the Founder and Head of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Consulting division specializing in ASC development and management. She is based in California. In her current role, she provides ongoing support for ASCs, with expertise in planning and organizational development, ASC design and development, state licensure, Medicare certification, quality and risk management programs, regulatory compliance, staff training and development, and accreditation.

Regina brings over 40 years of clinical, administrative, teaching, and consulting experience in both single- and multi-specialty ASCs.

Regina is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC). She holds a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resource Management from Chapman University in Orange, California, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from California State University, Long Beach.
