Ryan Mendez, based in Dallas, is a Manager in VMG Health’s Valuation & Transaction Advisory Services division. He specializes in providing valuation, transaction advisory, and consulting services to clients across the healthcare industry, including health systems, acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, pharmacies, hospice programs, and other ancillary healthcare businesses. 

Prior to joining VMG Health, Ryan was a Consultant in the financial capabilities team at Information Services Group, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation, vendor transitions, and IT outsourcing strategy. He also gained early experience in private equity and healthcare services through internships with Alturus Capital and Holland Course Capital (HealthMark Group). 

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
