Tenneil Dutton is the Chief People Officer at VMG Health. Through her leadership, Tenneil aligns VMG Health’s people strategy with business performance while strengthening leadership continuity, engagement, and long-term organizational sustainability. 

Prior to joining VMG Health, Tenneil served as the Senior Vice President of Talent & Belonging at Baylor Scott & White Health, where she successfully drove an enterprise talent strategy and transformation initiatives, including the integration of an HR operations service center into an end-to-end talent model to enhance efficiency and employee experience. A trusted advisor to CEOs, executive teams, and boards, Tenneil has supported many organizations navigating expansion, integration, and operational change.  

Tenneil earned a Bachelor of Science in HR Management from the University of North Texas and holds an ADKAR Change Management Certification through Prosci. She also serves on the Guild Client Advisory Board and Phenom Client Advisory Board and is a board member for the Child & Family Guidance Center of North Texas and Miracle in Progress.
