Vanessa Sindell is a Senior Consultant based in California. In her current role, Vanessa provides ongoing support to ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), with expertise in ASC operations and management, accreditation, Medicare certification, regulatory compliance, and staff training and development.

Before joining VMG Health, Vanessa spent eight years as the Director of Nursing at a busy ophthalmology surgery center. She has 15 years of nursing experience across critical care, Med-Surg, and outpatient surgery environments.

Vanessa is a presenter at several national industry meetings, including American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA) and the California Ambulatory Surgery Association (CASA). She is a member of the CASA conference committee and a contributing columnist to Administrative Eyecare.

Vanessa holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in leadership from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from California State University, Long Beach. She is a Registered Nurse (RN).
