Vanessa Sindell is a Registered Nurse and Senior Consultant at VMG Health, based in Dallas, Texas. With over 18 years of clinical nursing experience, the majority of which has been focused on Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), Vanessa brings extensive expertise in ASC development, licensing, Medicare certification, accreditation, regulatory compliance, software implementation, and financial and operational efficiency. She has served as a Senior Consultant with VMG Health, formerly Progressive Surgical Solutions, since 2018.

Prior to joining VMG Health, Vanessa gained significant clinical experience in critical care and Med-Surg. She also served as the Director of Nursing at a high-volume surgery center, where she honed her expertise in clinical operations and ASC management.

Vanessa holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in leadership from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from California State University, Long Beach. She is also a Certified Ambulatory Infection Preventionist (CAIP).

Vanessa has spoken at events hosted by the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA) and the California Ambulatory Surgery Association (CASA). She has served on the CASA conference committee and has contributed as a columnist to Administrative Eyecare.
