Virginia Schnippel is a Managing Director at VMG Health in the Business Valuation Practice. Her work spans many industries with a specialization in healthcare. This work includes fairness opinions, financial and tax advisory, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, recovery and reorganization and strategic planning.

Virginia brings over 24 years of valuation and forensic services experience with both domestic and international matters. She has spent that time within a public accounting environment holding senior leadership roles at firms such as BDO, EY, and Grant Thornton. Virginia has been involved with PCAOB/SEC reviews and interrogatories, and she has assisted clients with legal and tax disputes in various domestic and foreign jurisdictions, serving as an expert witness where appropriate.   

Virginia is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers. She graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business with Bachelors of Science degrees in Accounting, Finance and International Studies.
