Wes Champion serves as the Chief Executive Officer of VMG Health. In his leadership, he provides strategic direction, organizational vision, and steers the firm toward sustainable growth and success. His responsibilities include leading enterprise strategy, guiding executive decision-making, and ensuring alignment across all business operations. 

With over 35 years of experience, Wes has held many executive and senior organizational leadership roles for multiple healthcare consulting and technology services organizations, including Premier, Inc.; Accenture; and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Kaufman Hall, where he led the firm through seven years of profitable organic and inorganic growth.  

Wes earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
