Acquisition will expand support for community-based healthcare organizations
Dallas, TX – VMG Health, the leading healthcare consulting firm for business performance, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Burrows Consulting, a nationally recognized leader in helping community-based healthcare organizations strengthen their financial foundation and expand access to care. VMG Health is a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, which invested in VMG Health in April 2024. Bailey & Company served as the exclusive financial advisor to Burrows Consulting for this transaction.
This strategic move reinforces VMG Health’s commitment to supporting healthcare providers as they face mounting pressures to grow revenue, contain costs, and improve performance.
The acquisition expands VMG Health’s national presence and opens new opportunities for VMG Health to serve community-based healthcare organizations more comprehensively. Many of the organizations Burrows Consulting serves have needs that align closely with VMG Health’s existing service lines, allowing the combined firm to deliver integrated solutions that address both financial sustainability and operational performance.
