Prior to joining VMG Health, Wilson held the role of Managing Director and Global Head of Data Breach Advisory Services at BDO and served national roles at KPMG and Deloitte. With over 25 years of experience providing expert forensic accounting, cyber investigations, dispute, litigation, and risk advisory services, Wilson will lead the growth and development of a suite of risk and compliance services to expand VMG Health’s capabilities and provide additional value to clients.

Joining Wilson is Jaysen Park, who will serve as Director in the division and lead the company’s initiatives in discovery and data management, data breach advisory services, and privacy and data protection.
