Montanaro, who joined VMG Health in 2013, specializes in valuing professional services agreements, with deep expertise in pay-for-performance arrangements, physician alignment initiatives, administrative services agreements, and medical transport service agreements. As a recognized thought leader in the industry, she brings invaluable insights into emerging trends and complex compensation issues to the healthcare market.
Godat, who also joined VMG Health in 2013, specializes in valuation and consulting services, including private equity–backed management services arrangements, provider compensation and multi-faceted professional services agreements. With a deep proficiency in addressing these agreements, he ensures clients receive strategic, data-driven insights that optimize their operations and financial outcomes.
