Before joining VMG Health, Zoretic was a Partner and Transaction Advisory leader at Armanino, a Top 20 consulting, tax, and audit firm in the United States. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in assisting clients with buying and selling businesses, and business integrations and carve-outs.
