A committed partner to private equity firms, health systems, and physician groups, Recio has extensive experience analyzing revenue performance and collectability, quality of earnings, and operational drivers of profitability and risk.
Based in Nashville, Scott specializes in healthcare financial due diligence and transaction advisory services—supporting clients through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Focused on identifying financial risk and uncovering performance trends and profitability drivers that shape investment decisions, Scott works closely with clients to translate detailed financial analyses into actionable strategies.
