Our Culture Committee

Our culture committee, led by our dedicated employees, is the driving force behind our fun, engaging, and cohesive workplace environment. They organize a variety of social events that bring our team together, driving comradery and celebration. There’s always something to look forward to thanks to our culture committee’s devotion to ensuring VMG Health maintains a vibrant, inclusive, and connected environment.

In-Person, Virtual, and Hybrid Events

We celebrate with annual traditions, like our eagerly anticipated crawfish boil, festive holiday parties, and our famously fun Halloween celebrations. But our most important tradition is our annual Day of Impact, where we dedicate time to giving back and making a positive difference in our communities.

Giving Back

At VMG Health, we live our core values. They shape our culture, purpose, and identity. This strong foundation keeps our team focused when challenges arise. Demonstrating our core values allows our clients to discover this power for their own businesses. Our annual Day of Impact is a testament to this commitment, as our team comes together to participate in philanthropy and make a meaningful difference in our communities. VMG Health’s 2023 Day of Impact saw almost 800 volunteer hours donated from our dedicated team. But we don’t just give back once a year; we offer paid volunteer hours for teammates to donate their time to their communities throughout the year.

Employee Engagement Groups

We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment through our employee engagement groups and mentorship programs. These groups provide networking and mentorship opportunities and collaborative events tailored to the diverse interests and needs within our team. Join our women’s group, our step challenge group, or our book club and travel channels to find like-minded individuals, discover shared experiences, and build deep connections.

Our Culture, Your Input

We’re committed to ensuring every employee can contribute to our vibrant company culture. At VMG Health, we prioritize employee engagement through various channels, including comprehensive engagement surveys and town hall feedback sessions. To continuously refine our approach, we’ve implemented several tools, such as new hire surveys, exit surveys, and pulse surveys. Through our Culture and HR Advisory Team (CHAT), consisting only of staff members below the director level, we gather regular feedback and brainstorm ideas and brainstorm new ideas—ensuring every voice is heard.
