How Does Your Surgical Tech Training Measure Up?
The Ophthalmic ASC, May 2018
Featuring Vanessa Sindell, MSN, BSN, RN
In many respects, you could say the surgical technician — or scrub tech — serves as the “center” of the ASC team. As a result, effective training is vital to their success — and that of the entire ASC.
