Dane Viel is a Manager in the Client Education division at VMG Health and is based in the Reno office. He plays a key role in managing customer support initiatives for VMG Health’s valued clients. His responsibilities include supporting customer-facing programs, managing customer outreach, overseeing client certification initiatives, enhancing program utilization, assisting with membership renewals, and analyzing membership data to improve the customer experience.

Before joining VMG Health, Dane spent 13 years as a senior product manager at various software companies in the travel and tourism industries.
