She specializes in valuing a variety of agreements, including clinical compensation, hospital-based coverage arrangements, on-call compensation, locum tenens compensation, and research services arrangements. 

Haley graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in business, majoring in finance and business analytics. She is designated as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
