Holly Bucknall is a Manager at VMG Health within the Ambulatory Surgical Center & Specialty Consulting Practice. Prior to VMG Health, Holly worked in billing, coding, and compliance as a risk adjustment coder in a multi-specialty outpatient capacity. She played a key role in collaborating with Care Gap Management organizations to identify and close HCC gaps for Medicare patients. She reviewed medical documentation to verify CPT®, HCPCS, and ICD10 codes, ensuring compliance with federal and insurance regulations and educated providers on correct and compliant coding practices.

Holly earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern Oregon University and a B.A. in Health & Society from University of Texas. She also holds her Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) and Certified Professional Coder (CPC-A) certifications from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
