John Kelly is a Manager at VMG Health within the Partnerships, Mergers & Acquisitions Consulting Practice. He provides financial due diligence, transaction advisory, and other consulting services to clients across the healthcare services industry.

Prior to joining VMG Health, John worked in KPMG’s audit practice in Nashville, where he gained valuable experience serving clients primarily in the healthcare services industry.

John attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he earned both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He is currently a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Tennessee.
