Larry Briski serves as Head of the Specialty Services Business Unit at VMG Health. He leads the Health Plan, ASC, FQHC/RHC, and Coding Audit & Compliance Practices. In this role, Larry is responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of the business unit.

With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Larry has a proven track record of building and scaling successful consulting practices across both the health plan and provider sectors. His expertise in health-plan strategy development and execution has consistently driven strong financial outcomes, delivering significant savings and growth through innovative, client-focused solutions.

Larry began his career at Deloitte, followed by Booz & Co., before co-founding Invoyent, where he served as CEO. Most recently, as the National Healthcare Sector Lead & Managing Partner at West Monroe, Larry demonstrated exceptional leadership in strategic planning, financial management, and team development.
