Larry Briski, based in Chicago, is the Head of Strategic Initiatives & Integration at VMG Health. He leads the VMG Health consulting division that includes Strategic Advisory Services, ophthalmology, aesthetics and ASC consulting, and coding audit and compliance. In this role, Larry is responsible for the overall strategic direction, integration, and growth of the division, with a focus on harmonizing services and aligning teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Larry has a proven track record of building and scaling successful consulting practices across both the health insurance and healthcare provider sectors. His expertise in strategy development and execution has consistently driven strong financial outcomes, delivering significant savings and growth through innovative, client-focused solutions. Larry began his career at Deloitte, followed by Booz & Co., before co-founding Invoyent, where he served as CEO. Under his leadership, Invoyent grew from a $10 million independent consulting firm into a $100+ million division of West Monroe. Most recently, as the National Healthcare Sector Lead & Managing Partner at West Monroe, Larry demonstrated exceptional leadership in strategic planning, financial management, and team development.

Larry holds an MBA in strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in computer information systems and finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
