Stephen Schulte is a director based in the Nashville office. Mr. Schulte specializes in providing valuation, transaction advisory and consulting services to the healthcare Industry. He has a broad range of experience working with physician practice organizations, physical therapy centers, ambulatory surgery centers, specialty/surgical hospitals, oncology centers, diagnostic imaging centers and others. Mr. Schulte also has extensive experience in physician clinical compensation arrangements. His clients include for-profit and not-for-profit health systems and other publicly owned and privately held healthcare entities.
Prior to joining VMG Health, he worked in the banking industry and became Series 6 and Series 63 licensed. Mr. Schulte received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Iowa State University College of Business. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He has also completed the business valuation courses offered by the American Society of Appraisers and is pursuing the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation.
