Seasoned Human Resources Executive Will Strengthen Organizational Design, Talent Strategy & Culture at Scale

Before joining VMG Health, Dutton served as the Senior Vice President of Talent & Belonging at Baylor Scott & White Health, where she successfully drove an enterprise talent strategy and transformation initiatives, including the integration of an HR operations service center into an end-to-end talent model to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
