Frank Cohen is the Senior Data Scientist at VMG Health. With a background as a computational statistician, Frank specializes in predictive analytics, machine learning, decision modeling and algorithmic development, bringing a data-driven approach to solving complex healthcare challenges.

Frank has several published works to his name, including his latest book, Don’t Do Something, Just Stand There: A Primer on Evidence-Based Thinking. Over the years, he has contributed extensively to the field through numerous articles and studies and has trained thousands of healthcare professionals—ranging from physicians and administrators to CPAs—in the application of healthcare analytics.

Frank’s career is marked by diverse experiences, including eight years of service as a Physician Assistant in the United States Navy and in civilian roles. He has also held leadership positions such as clinic administrator and hospital CEO. His expertise is sought after by a wide range of clients, including hospitals, medical practices, professional associations, legal and accounting firms, government agencies, and other healthcare entities.
