Certified Eyecare Professional: Online Training for Success in Eyecare
For employees who are new to the eyecare industry, proper onboarding and training are crucial steps to building a rewarding career. However, thoroughly onboarding and training new staff requires precious time and resources your practice may not have. VMG Health’s Certified Eyecare Professional (CEP) program simplifies the training process, allowing your staff to get up to speed quickly while reducing the time and resources needed for onboarding.
With CEP, your practice can accelerate onboarding by providing access to 25 interactive and engaging micro-learning modules. Designed to be completed in less than 10 minutes, the modules cover topics like general administrative functions, ocular anatomy and physiology, and regulatory and compliance training. Additionally, interactive components create an engaging learning experience that promotes knowledge retention.
At the end of the program, participants are tested on their overall comprehension through an online certification exam. Earning the three-year certification and CEP credential supports your staff’s growth and development, putting them on track to building a successful, rewarding eyecare career.
CEP is brought to you in partnership with VMG Health and The American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA).
