Carla Zarazua is a Manager in the Compensation Division at VMG Health and is based in the Dallas office. She focuses on providing valuation and consulting services for compensation arrangements within the healthcare services industry. She specializes in valuing a variety of agreements including clinical services, life sciences, professional & technical reimbursement splits, administrative services, on-call coverage services, and subsidy arrangements.

Ms. Zarazua received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School along with a Minor in Spanish for the Professions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to her academic degrees, Ms. Zarazua is in the process of earning the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation.
